Register a return

Exchanging or returning an item is very easy via these steps:

1. Report the return using the form below. After completing the form you will receive a personal return number.
2. Write down the return number and place it in a box together with the undamaged part and in original packaging.
   Please note: without a return code we do not know who the return is from, so we will not process your return.
3. You can send a return at your own expense to the following address:

4. Once we have received your return, we will check it within 5 working days and, depending on your wishes, refund your money or exchange the item.

Please note that we cannot refund damaged products or products without the original packaging.

Did you receive a defective or damaged item? Or does the item not fit? In this case, always first send an email to our customer service. Indicate clearly in the e-mail what is not correct and send a photo if relevant.
