Part is in stock. When we receive the order and payment before 15:30h, your part(s) will be shipped the same day. After 15:30h it will be the next business day.

Part is not in stock and will be ordered immediately at our supplier after receiving your order and payment. We will receive the part (usually) within 1 business day and strive to ship the part(s) to you the same day.

Part is not in stock and will be ordered immediately at our supplier after receiving your order and payment. We will receive the part (usually) within 3 business days and strive to ship the part(s) to you the same day.

Part is not in stock and will be ordered immediately at our supplier after receiving your order and payment. We will receive the part (usually) within 5 working days and strive to ship the part(s) to you the same day.

When you ordered several parts and there is one part not in stock the shipping time of that part will be the shipping time of the complete order.
Sometimes we can’t ship within the expected shipping time, there are several reasons for this, customs put a shipment on hold, The supplier can’t deliver, etc.
When there are temporary delivery time deviations caused by suppliers / manufacturers / customs, then the delivery time indication on our site will not be adjusted. In this case, you will always be contacted.

Returns
You can easily exchange or return the item with the return form
- Report the return via the return form. After completing the form, you will receive a personal returns number.
- Write down the return number and include it in the box. This way we know who the return is from and we can process it faster.

Nederland - Once we have received your return, we will check it within 5 working days and, depending on your wishes, refund your money or exchange the item.
Please note that we cannot refund damaged products or products without the original packaging.
My product is defective, damaged or does not work properly. What now?
Have you received a defective or damaged item? Or does the item not fit? In this case, always first send an e-mail to our customer service. Please indicate clearly in the email what is incorrect and include a photo if relevant.

Right of withdrawal
When delivering products:
1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons during 14 days. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
When providing services:
3. When providing services, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons during at least fourteen days, commencing on the day of entering into the agreement.
4. To make use of his right of withdrawal, the consumer will follow the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur with the offer and/or at the latest upon delivery.
5. Repayment will be made within 14 days after dissolution of the agreement.

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to us. This can be done by e-mail, regular post and/or telephone. We will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
