Lambda sensor
The exhaust gases in your exhaust are measured by one or more lambda probes. These sensors transmit the measured values to your ECU. The computer in your Honda uses this information to keep your engine running smoothly. By replacing the catalytic converter, the values can deviate greatly, so that they fall outside the margins. This allows your ECU to display an error code on your dashboard. In most cases this is easy to solve with a so-called 'cell fix'.
